What We Offer FULL BODY ASSESSMENT This will be your first session. Here we look at your posture and try and find the cause of your pain. We look at how you move and where are your restrictions. I do objective testing using specialised equipment to check your balance and alignment, muscle strength and your ability to activate your muscles. The assessments helps us guide the rest of our treatment plan. BOOK MUSCLE TENSION RELEASE Here I use the hypervolt massage gun as well as dry cupping to help me open us space in the body in order for you to move more effectively. CORRECTIVE EXERCISES Once I’ve opened up space in the body we will work on increasing range of motion and control of the body. This will also include building strength to help with pain and maintenance of your body. PIILATES LAB My purpose is to help you experience the joy of movement through Pilates, and, as a result, to bring more joy and ease into your life. Discover the benefits of a Pilates practice through either individual classes or group classes. Whether you are just beginning, or you are advanced at Pilates the Pilates lab can help you get stronger through Pilates. BOOK CUPPING THERAPY This is also known as Myofascial decompression. Myofascial decompression AKA cupping is a great modality that I use to address acute and chronic pain. It helps increases blood flow, reduces musculoskeletal pain and stiffness, improves range of motion and decreases soft tissue restrictions and adhesions. I offer wet cupping as well which is a therapy that enables the organism to get rid of noxious substances and waste products from the body. This is Sunnah cupping.
